In this workshop, we'll cover a better way to support authentic group work using a strategy called agile project management. It's real world, visible, easy to assess, and helps students collaborate effectively on projects, project based learning experiences, or other forms of group work.

What's Included

In this 90-minute workshop, you'll learn how to facilitate true project management with your students, supporting authentic group work through real world project management techniques. 

Video content is project with a slide deck so that you can easily follow along. In addition, we'll work through a project simulation so you can experience this powerful way of working as a student.
