For When Kids Are in Danger of Failing (Added 4/26)

If you’re getting close to the end of the quarter, communicating about a student potentially failing is both really important and a delicate conversation. Reaching out via phone may be the best way to reach a guardian, but following up via email maintains a written record of contact. Just like with missing work, I always attach a link to my gradebook key, which has links to any resources, the assignment itself, and additional information kids might need.
